Are subscription options available?Subscription options are currently being developed and will include a weekly subscription for one month to start with.

Do you offer refunds or returns?Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

What are your delivery areas?We currently deliver to only five neighborhoods in Berlin: Mitte, Prenzlauerberg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, and Schoneberg.

How often do you deliver?Deliveries are scheduled once a week. Customers will receive an email notification one day prior to delivery with the estimated delivery time.
