Instructions to make Dosas:

Dilute the batter a little and add some salt as per taste

Pour one ladle batter on a hot pan over medium heat & spread it in a spiral

Sprinkle a little oil or ghee on the edges and let it cook.

While it cooks, you can add chutney, fillings, or seasonings on the upside

When the edges start coming off, you can fold and serve!

You can also cook it further by flipping IT for more crispiness.

Instructions to make Idly:

Add some salt to the batter as per taste

Grease the idly molds lightly with oil or ghee & add water to the steamer.

Fill the molds with batter

Steam for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

Once done wait for 5 mins and serve
