1. Service Availability: Our service is currently only available in Berlin.

2. Order Placement: Anyone can place an order on our website for our homemade food products.

3. Delivery: We deliver to five neighborhoods in Berlin: Mitte, Prenzlauerberg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, and Schoneberg. Shipping is free of charge, and deliveries are scheduled once a week. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to customers via email one day prior to delivery.

4. Product Responsibility: Our homemade food products, including fresh idli/dosa batter and rotis, are perishable items. Therefore, once delivered, no refunds or returns are accepted.

5. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including name, address, and contact details, to ensure successful delivery of their orders.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright laws.
